CONCEPT

• High speed stacker or destacker (6 cycles / min)
• Complete layer or single timber
• No adjustment required for layers or products by using the Wave System™ grippers
• Destacking or stacking layer 700 kg (1540 Lbs) maximum*
• Pick or release on multiple positions
• Not sensitive to dust or moisture

APPLICATION

• Molder, cross cut saw, rip saw infeed (several lines can be fed with one gantry robot)
• Joinery machine infeed and outfeed
• End of line stacking
• Band saw outfeed
• Sticking desticking after or before kilns

MORE OPTIONS

• 2 horizontal axis by using a double axis bridge
• 180° rotation of the grippers
• Radio control
• Switch from single board to complete layer by rotating the gripper
