CONCEPT

• Stacker or destacker (4.5 cycles / min)
• For long products up to 13 meters (42 feet)
• For wide layers up to 2.4 m (8 feet)
• Complete layer or single timber
• No adjustment required for layers or products by using the Wave System™ grippers
• Destacking or stacking layer 2000 kg (4400 Lbs) maximum*
• Pick or release on multiple positions
• Not sensitive to dust or moisture

APPLICATION

• Complete house panels
• Molder, cross cut saw, rip saw infeed (several lines can be fed with one gantry robot)
• Joinery machine infeed and outfeed
• End of line stacking
• Band saw outfeed
• Sticking desticking after or before kilns

• 2 horizontal axis by using a double axis bridge
